Thomson Reuters has again partnered with Holt Compensation Consultants and MM&K to publish definitive studies of compensation analysis for North American and European private equity firms. All told more than 150 GPs participated in our survey, providing data on more than 3,000 employees.
View statistics on both firm-wide compensation practices (bonus plans, carried interest plans, co-investment plans) as well as on individual employee compensation plans (salary, bonus, carried interest and carry-dollars-at-work allocations). Breakdowns are provided for more than 30 job titles and for more than 22 sample groups categorized by firm type and assets under management (ie. small, mid-sized and large North American venture firms).
